1. Introduction

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full features of the binhoplus Platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one binhoplus account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. binhoplus reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held within them, including winnings derived from bonus funds.

4.3 KYC Verification

binhoplus is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to provide a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your binhoplus account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. binhoplus will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify binhoplus support immediately. binhoplus recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security, available from your account settings.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

binhoplus accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account settings and may vary by payment method.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. Most GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are completed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. binhoplus reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

6.3 Currency

All transactions on the binhoplus Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). binhoplus is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Real-money funds deposited by the player may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC verification and the minimum withdrawal threshold.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

binhoplus offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods. • Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated timeframe. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• binhoplus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering conditions.
• binhoplus reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.

8. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the binhoplus Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

All games on binhoplus use certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment operated by trained dealers in regulated studios. binhoplus does not manipulate game outcomes. 9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the binhoplus Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one binhoplus account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such issues must be reported to binhoplus support immediately.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

10. Responsible Gaming

binhoplus is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the binhoplus Platform without the prior written consent of binhoplus.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, binhoplus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

binhoplus does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. binhoplus makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, binhoplus's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Privacy

binhoplus collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account on binhoplus, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

binhoplus implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
